ICCJ is proud to host the culinary event about Italian and Japanese cuisine, introduced by the famous food expert and journalist Kaitani Ikuko. A fusion of ingredients from two countries far apart, yet sharing the same passion for high quality cuisine. During the seminar Kaitani Ikuko will reveal the secrets to combine the finest elements from both countries, creating three unique delicacies for you to taste.

Born in Japan, Kaitani Ikuko is a famous journalist and expert of Italian and Japanese food. She published her first book in 1994 “Let’s enjoy Italian cooking in week-end” and thereafter her career immediately achieved a great success. She has wrote over 20 books, she teaches and organizes several seminaries in order to create a bridge between Italy and Japan.
