Seeking commercial staff in Tokyo and Kansai area

Ferrari Group specializes in the worldwide shipping of Jewelry and luxury goods, providing one-stop solutions for the logistics management of high-value merchandise.

1) present, promote and sell services using experience and knowledge to prospective customers
2) reach out to customers through local market analysis
3) coordinate and lead the sales activity or in Tokyo or in Kansai area 
4) analyze the market's potential and promote specifics guide lines to maximize the sales 
5) track the sales through reports and continuous feedback
6) achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7) Ensure and maintain healthy and professional relationship with customers  
8) monitor competitors activity being able to promptly react to external factors that might affect Company turnover performance
1) Show experience in the sales field with strong self organization and leading plans
2) high level of motivation and target driven skills
3) excellent communication and negotiations skills
4) ability to prepare and deliver tailored presentation with clear concepts, proposals and plans
5) strong goals orientation and communication skills
1) Degree in marketing or similar minimum required 
2) Business English and Japanese language knowledge required
3) Minimum of 10 years experience on sales 
4) Experience in logistics and transportations market and/or in luxury products business will be a plus
