How can a personal shopper boost your e-commerce sales or assist with your online shopping experience to bring out the best possible you?
 
Fashion is one of the most consumed sectors online yet both shoppers and store managers can at time feel dissatisfied: the first ones making a wrong choice which translates for the second ones into a high number of returns. 
 
A personal shopper can help boost the confidence of a client and the sales of a brand: excellent communication skills, an omni-channel customer service and the capacity to connect with the client play a key-role.

After designing for top fashion brands (Etro, Dolce & Gabbana), currently  teaching at IED (Istituto Europeo Design), Alessandra Cirulli uses now her experience online "chatting" with top Italian clients for Yoox.
