BuyWine is the largest trade initiative for the wine sector in Tuscany.

Gran Concorso di Cucina 2023 : Semifinal

After an initial selection, which took place among over 50 participants, only 8 chefs will compete in a fierce culinary battle to win the judges' palates.

Theme of this year's edition: Genovese pesto.

Italian Cuisine Week in the World 2023

 

In the history of gastronomic publishing, there has never been an instructional book translated into as many languages as "The Compendium of Italian Cuisine: The Science of Cooking and the Art of Eating Well" by Pellegrino Artusi.

This masterpiece, also translated into Japanese in 2019, talks about the food culture deeply rooted in Italy and the ingredients produced and consumed in every region, which make the Italian cuisine beloved worldwide. Thanks in part to the efforts of the Casa Artusi Foundation, Italian cuisine has been nominated as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

 

Emilia-Romagna is a region worth knowing and appreciating, with dreamy food and wine routes, numerous certified quality brands, and a unique gastronomic tradition.
