In order to help the establishment of foreign companies in Japan, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan offers a service of office incubator at its premises in Mita, renting out Private Offices, Desks in an open space, and a 90m2 Event Space.

OFFICE INCUBATOR SERVICES

PRIVATE OFFICES:

  1. Office 1 (21.47 m2): corner room, two windows, one managerial desk/chair set, one ordinary desk/chair set, cabinet with shelves.
    • This office is in use at the moment.
  2. Office 2 (16.09 m2): one window, one managerial desk/chair set, one small desk/chair set, cabinet with shelves.
    • This office is in use at the moment
  3. Office 3 (21.6 m2): one window, up to four desks.
    • This office is in use at the moment

INCLUDED SERVICES IN PRIVATE OFFICES

The above fees (private offices and desks in the open space) are inclusive of:

  • Internet connection (private address, please consult with us for public address)
  • Cleaning (one round per week)
  • Shared use of common facilities (toilet, kitchen, please consult with us for coffee machine use)
  • Shared use of adjacent meeting room (4/6 people)
  • Access to shared laser color copy/fax machine (pay per use)

EVENT SPACE

Use/cancellation policy

  • Please consult with us beforehand for the possibility of bringing beverages/food into the room. Catering services can be provided as an added service.
  • Please note that the service does not cover the reception of guests. If an extra reception service is needed, please consult us for the pricing.
  • Room usage is confirmed:
    • Two weeks before the event day, if no concurrent request has been made
    • One week after a concurrent request for confirmation has been made (after a week has passed without confirmation, the room will be granted to the concurrent applicant)
  • Before the confirmation date, a 50% of the total fee must be payed to block the room.
  • Cancellation before the confirmation date will not incur a penalty.
  • In case of cancellation after the confirmation date, 50% of the fee will be retained as cancellation penalty.
  • Extra use of the Event space will be charged 10,000 JPY per hour or fraction (5,000 JPY for ICCJ Members). The end time will be recorded as the time where ICCJ staff will have actual access to the Event space for cleaning, preparing for subsequent events etc.
