In order to help the establishment of foreign companies in Japan, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan offers a service of office incubator at its premises in Mita, renting out Private Offices, Desks in an open space, and a 90m2<\/sup> Event Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  Use\/cancellation policy<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  • Please consult with us beforehand for the possibility of bringing beverages\/food into the room. Catering services can be provided as an added\u00a0service.<\/li>\n\r\n \t\n
                                  • Please note that the service does not cover the reception of guests.\u00a0If an\u00a0extra reception service is needed, please consult us for the pricing.<\/li>\n\r\n \t\n
                                  • Room usage is confirmed:\r\n

                                    • Two weeks before the event\u00a0day, if no concurrent request has been made<\/li>\n\r\n \t\n
                                    • One week after a concurrent request for confirmation has been made (after a week has passed without confirmation, the room will be granted to the concurrent applicant)<\/li>\n\r\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                    • Before the\u00a0confirmation date, a 50% of the total fee\u00a0must be payed to block the room.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                    • Cancellation before the confirmation date will not incur\u00a0a penalty.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                    • In case of cancellation after the confirmation date, 50% of the fee will be retained as cancellation penalty.<\/li>\r\n \t
                                    • Extra use of the Event space will be charged 10,000 JPY per hour or fraction (5,000 JPY for ICCJ Members).
