PHENOMENA MEDITERRANEA 2023: Made in Italy and Women Entrepreneurs Meet – Buyer Program

Phenomena Mediterranea, an international event dedicated to women’s entrepreneurship in Southern Italy, organized by the Chieti Pescara Chamber of Commerce, will be held for the third time this year, from July 7 to 8, 2023.

It is the first Italian exhibition dedicated to companies created by women entrepreneurs from the eight southern Italian regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily.
Phenomena has three sectors: design, fashion, and food.

The ICCJ, in cooperation with the organizers, is recruiting n.3 buyers from Japan.

Buyers Package

The following packages are offered to participating buyers:

  • Round-trip flights to Italy (economy class / up to 1 person per company)
  • Flights will arrive on Thursday, July 6, and depart on Sunday, July 9.
  • Accommodation (3 nights) check-in Thursday, July 6, check-out Sunday, July 9
  • Hotel – Transfer between exhibitions
  • Light lunch
  • 2-Day B2B Schedule
  • Dinner (6th, 7th, 8th)

Application Process:

  • First, please enter your company information using the entry form below.
  • The information we receive will be submitted to the organizer for review.
  • Please be sure to indicate the producers you wish to participate in the business meeting when you submit your entry. The number of such entries will also be one of the items for screening.
  • Buyers whose applications are approved will proceed to prepare for flights and set up matching (business meetings).

Note: Application conditions for participation

  • Attendance at the exhibition for two days
  • Attendance at the set business meetings
  • Participants must be able to communicate and conduct business in English or Italian and must be able to follow the program (only one person from each company is invited to participate).

※ Please note that the package does not include an interpreter.

Eligibility:

  • Importers (only companies that are direct importers)
  • HORECA, 4 buyers specializing in gourmet retail or large-scale distribution

*Priority will be given to importers who handle both food products and wine.
