ICCJ is pleased to present an event dedicated to Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC wine in collaboration with the Consorzio Tutela Vini DOC delle Venezie on March 24, 2025.
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to taste 8 prestigious labels of Pinot Grigio delle Venezie. Participants will have the opportunity to appreciate Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC unique organoleptic characteristics, and discover perfect food pairings. The tasting will be guided by Asami Yoshikawa, a high-profile professional:
- Ambassador of Italian Wine from the Vinitaly International Academy (2019)
- The only Japanese educator specialized in Italian wine
- WSET Diploma (DipWSET) obtained in 2023
- Founder of aiVino CO, LTD, a company specializing in importing Italian wines
