The activity carried out by AMAM Legal can range from the establishment of a company to full legal advice on corporate law, passing through contract law (Italian, English and Japanese if necessary), up to all the activities related to the commercial exchanges between these two countries.
The firm carries out consultancy activities for companies that operate in the field of public and private procurement, drafting all necessary documents for the participation to public tenders and providing legal support, regulatory updates and all necessary activities and legal advice, also addressing the main areas of administrative law and public law, including litigation.
