I advise a wide range of clients from listed companies to start-ups on all aspects of corporate law, including company incorporation, contract review, compliance (including legal research and drafting legal opinions), support for shareholders' meetings and board of director’s meetings, debt collection and dispute resolution.
As I am a graduate of law school and business school in Paris, France, most of my foreign company clients are related to the EU.
It would be great if I could support both Italian and Japanese companies and start-ups doing their businesses between Italy and Japan from a legal aspect.
