The first is the Regional Revitalization Business, which encompasses Regional Revitalization PM services (end-to-end support from issue analysis through planning, execution, and evaluation, with a focus on strengthening public-private partnerships) and Corporate Regional Revitalization Consulting (developing integrated visions and master plans covering regional economies, tourism, industrial promotion, and migration incentives). Specifically, the company operates a three-step framework for building regional communities — ideathon, hackathon, and business transfer to local enterprises — as well as inter-regional exchange programs (already held in Fukuoka City and Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture).

The second is the AI Implementation Support Business, which offers IT Human Resource Development (hands-on training programs designed to enable staff to leverage AI at the operational level) and AI Implementation Support as an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer — AI Field Commander), covering on-site interviews, business process audits, workflow optimization, and solution design through execution. A distinctive feature is the systematization of knowledge management — organizing tacit corporate expertise on the cloud so that all employees can access it through generative AI.
