January is all about starting afresh, and what better way to do so than by making new connections at the next Aperitivo – as usual, delicious Italian food and drinks are guaranteed.

Aperitivo della Camera* No 1/2015

at Antichi Sapori

Antichi Sapori and its chef, Pietro Zito, have been evaluated highly on Michelin and Gambero Rosso guides and in many other books. Our restaurant chefs trained under Pietro and learned the Cuisine from Puglia using seasonal ingredients. Head chef, Daisuke Yamazaki, the 2011 winner of the Italian Chef Competition “Gran Concorso di Cucina” organised by ICCJ, uses Puglia made ingredients/wines in order to reproduce the genuine taste of Puglia. All the decors are directly imported too, so you can enjoy the REAL Puglia.

January 21st (Wed) from 7.00 p.m.

SPECIAL GUEST: Chef PIETRO ZITO – creator of the original Antichi Sapori, often mentioned and recognized as the best Puglia restaurant.
