AUTHENTIC ITALIAN TABLE

This event is part of the “Extraordinary Italian Taste” program, promoted by the Italian Government and aimed at educating local consumers on the authenticity of Italian products. Authentic Italian Table (AIT) is an Italian Food Festival organized in the main food capitals around the world to promote the real taste of Italy through local restaurateurs, chefs, culinary experts and brand ambassadors. AIT will be held for the first time in Tokyo on May 28th and consists of a Grand Tasting Day and educational and promotional collateral activities. It is organized by the ICCJ in collaboration with local partners and food and beverage industry leaders.
