Phenomena, an international event dedicated to women’s entrepreneurship in Italy and organized by the Chieti Pescara Chamber of Commerce, will take place from 4th to 5th July 2024.

It is the first exhibition in Italy entirely dedicated to companies created by women entrepreneurs from Puglia, Campania, Sardinia, Piemonte, Emilia Romagna, Abruzzo, Sicily, Molise, and Marche.

Phenomena has two main sectors: fashion (accessories such as shoes and bags, jewelry) and food.

ICCJ, in cooperation with the organizer, is looking for buyers from Japan.

Buyers Package

The following packages are offered to participating buyers

  • Round-trip flights to Italy (economy class / up to 1 person per company)
  • Flights arriving on Wednesday, July 3 and departing on Saturday, July 6 *
  • Accommodation (3 nights) check-in Wednesday 3rd July, check-out Saturday 6th July
  • Transfer between Hotel – B2B venue 
  • Light lunch
  • 2-Day B2B Schedule
  • Welcome dinner and Gala dinner

*buyers from Japan are entitled to ask to arrive a few earlier or depart later but please kindly notice that the organizer will cover accommodation only up to 3 nights (as above).

Application Process:

  • First, please enter your company information using the entry form below.
  • The information we receive will be submitted to the organizer for review.
  • Please be sure to indicate the producers you would like to meet in the business meetings when you submit your entry. The number of entries will also be one of the items for screening.
  • Buyers whose applications are approved will proceed to flight scheduling and set up matching (business meetings).

 

Note: Application conditions for participation

  • Attendance to the exhibition for two days
  • Attendance to the set business meetings
  • Participants must be able to communicate and conduct business in English or Italian, and must be able to follow the program.

*Please note that the package does not include an interpreter.

 

Eligibility:

Importers (only companies that are direct importers)

HORECA, buyers specializing in gourmet retail or large scale distribution

*Priority will be given to importers who handle both food products and wine.
