Chianti Evenings | Special Pairing Menus at 10 Restaurants Across Japan
“Serate del Chianti” is about to begin: an initiative created in collaboration with the Consorzio Vino Chianti to bring one of Italy’s best-loved wines directly to Japanese tables.
Ten Italian restaurants, strategically selected across Japan, have created a tasting menu entirely dedicated to Chianti, paired with labels selected and sent by the Consorzio.
With this initiative we aim to promote Chianti and introduce the Japanese public to a wide range of member producers, including wineries that do not yet have a distribution channel in the country: a unique opportunity to taste the full richness and variety of this extraordinary wine.
