Lead by the Agriculture Councilor and composed of the major F&B protagonists in the F&B sector (top food associations, companies, Universities, Fiere di Parma), Emilia Romagna will meet 60 Japanese operators from the distribution, Horeca, import channels, universities, research centers and specialized media to discuss future synergies between the food valley of Italy and Japan.
