GRAN CONCORSO DI CUCINA 2018 – Registrations open
Gran Concorso di Cucina is back! The culinary contest, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, has now reached its 9th edition. The 8 finalists will face each other in the final of November 22 in Tokyo in front of a jury of experts!
The winners will be chosen based on 5 main criteria:
– Presentation
– Taste
– Creativity
– Respect of the Italian culinary tradition
– Relevance to the 2018 theme “New Italian Lifestyle – A dish to taste with Peroni Nastro Azzurro”.
The first prize winner will receive a round-trip ticket to Italy and a five-day course at the Italian Academy of Cooking.
Italian cuisine chefs who do not hold Italian citizenship and with a minimum of two years experience can take part in the competition.
Early-bird registration fee for those who register by September 9th.
