Eligibility: Chefs residing in Japan, non-Italian nationals with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Entry recipe: Please make up a traditional recipe including Italian regional cuisine in your own way of expression.

What to submit after entry:
(1) A photograph of the pasta dish you are entering
(2) A written description of the pasta dish you are entering (200 words or less)
