The GCC is a prestigious competition exclusively for professional chefs, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
A panel of renowned Italian chefs will evaluate participants’ culinary creations through a series of thrilling challenges leading up to the grand final in November.
The final will feature an epic showdown between two finalists competing for the title of GCC 2026 Champion.
