The semifinal of the 16th edition of Gran Concorso di Cucina, the ICCJ culinary competition to decide the best Italian chef in Japan, will be held on Monday, October 20th.

8 Semifinalists will compete in a culinary battle to win the judges’ votes and access the final on November 21st.
