This seminar is part of a series of initiatives planned by the Liguria Region and ICCJ for the year, including an incoming mission for Japanese operators to Liguria in autumn 2024.

Presented by Mr. Matteo Garnero, General Director of the Liguria Regional Tourism Promotion Agency “In Liguria,” and Mr. Augusto Sartori, Regional Councillor for Tourism of the Liguria Region.
17:00 Tour of the Liguria stand in the Roppongi Hills Arena
Attendees will enjoy an exclusive preview of the Liguria area within Japan’s largest Italian festival, “Italia, amore mio!”
17:30 Cocktail reception and tasting of local specialties (buffet style)
Explore Liguria’s food and beverage offerings through a curated tasting experience featuring fresh Genovese focaccia, focaccia di Recco, pesto alla genovese, and Ligurian wines. The menu will be curated by Chef Ivano Ricchebono, owner and executive chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant The Cook in Genoa. Chef Ricchebono, also a lecturer at the ALMA School of High Cuisine founded by Gualtiero Marchesi and a regular guest on cooking shows on RAI 1, is renowned for bringing the authentic flavors of Liguria to life.

The presentation will be conducted in Italian with consecutive translation into Japanese.
