Lauren Rose Kocher is the Founder and CEO of Vegas PR Group, a Tokyo-based boutique PR and marketing agency specialising in entertainment, fashion, and creative industries, with a fully bilingual team working across Japanese and international clients.
With nearly two decades of experience in Japan’s entertainment industry, including roles at concert promoter Kyodo Tokyo, Sony Music Japan, and as co-founder of live-streaming platform ZAIKO, Lauren brings a rare combination of media industry knowledge, cross-cultural fluency, and on-the-ground PR expertise. She regularly speaks at industry conferences and advises the Japanese Cabinet Office on Intellectual Property, giving her a uniquely informed view of how brands and content get noticed and remembered in Japan.
