The culinary contest, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, has now reached its 10th edition. The 8 finalists will face each other in the final of November 25 in Tokyo in front of a jury of experts!
Who can participate:
Italian cuisine chefs who do not hold Italian citizenship and with a minimum of two years experience can take part in the competition
