What is an AQI Certified Restaurant?
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan awards the AQI (Adesivo di Qualità Italiana) certification to restaurants that strive to uphold the traditional recipes of Italian cuisine and share Italian culture and hospitality with their guests. There are approximately 150 AQI Certified Restaurants across Japan.
