Born in Okayama prefecture in 1990. From April 2020 graduated from “Blouson Chiemi” and started her own activity under the name of Shiori Fujiwara. While actively providing information and activities that combine environmental protection, SDGs and entertainment, she is also actively engaged in writing. Shiori is currently preparing for her study abroad in Italy since she felt in love with Rome.

Cooking consultant. After working at famous hotels and restaurants in Italy, he is currently supervising cooking at Società Gastronomica Friulana. Gruden is a well- experienced local cuisine specialist rooted in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Mr. Hiroyuki Ueno (Editor in Chief, dancyu)

Born in 1962 in Tochigi prefecture, Mr. Ueno entered the Faculty of Law at Hosei University. After graduating and working as a newspaper journalist and editor in charge of economic magazines, in 2001 he joined President, the company that is publishing the food magazine “dancyu”, and in April 2017 he became editor in Chief. Mr. Ueno hobbies are cooking and music.
