The 14th edition of the “Gran Concorso di Cucina” is set to showcase Japan’s finest Italian cuisine chefs in an epic culinary showdown.
This year, the event unfolds in two stages. The semifinals are scheduled for November 15th at the ICCJ Event Space, featuring a fierce competition among 8 talented chefs.
The grand finale, a culinary clash of titans, will take place on December 11th at Hattori Nutrition College, pitting 2 exceptional chefs against each other for the ultimate culinary crown.
The competition is open to the chefs residing in Japan, who are non-Italian nationals and in possess of at least 2 years of professional experience.
