Jay Ponazecki is presenting this negotiation skills workshop for Alpine International.
Ms. Ponazecki is well known in the Japanese business community as a business partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo Office specializing in complex cross-border business transactions. She also advises on key business and strategic issues of concern to hedge funds, asset management companies and their investors, and assists with their portfolio investments, regulatory compliance matters, commercial arrangements, and investor and operational issues.
