Jay Ponazecki is presenting this negotiation skills workshop for Alpine International.
Ms. Ponazecki is well known in the Japanese business community as a business partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo Office specializing in complex cross-border business transactions.  She also advises on key business and strategic issues of concern to hedge funds, asset management companies and their investors, and assists with their portfolio investments, regulatory compliance matters, commercial arrangements, and investor and operational issues.  In addition, she advises clients on the adoption of global corporate compliance, trade secret, privacy and data protection policies and, with her bengoshi colleagues, advises inbound clients on how to best launch or expand their business operations in Japan and other key strategic issues associated with doing business in Japan.
Ms. Ponazecki is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and serves on the board of Hands on Tokyo.
