ICCJ is happy to announce a collaboration with Veronafiere for the promotion of Sol & Agrifood, a b2b trade fair dedicated to everyone exclusively offering
and looking for products of excellence.
There are three macro areas: extra virgin olive oil, food and craft beer.
ICCJ is recruiting 5 buyers interested in participating in the fair.

Dates: Sunday 20 – Wednesday 23 June 2021
Due to the outspread of Coronavirus, the 54th edition of 2020 has been postponed to 2021
Hours: 9: 30 ~ 18: 00
Location: Verona – Veronafiere Exhibition Center Hall C

Number of operators required: 5 companies (1 buyer for each company)
Number of visitors in 2019: 57,840 people (of which 26% from abroad)
Number of exhibitors 2019: 280 companies (mainly from Italy)
Once submitted the registrations, Veronafiere will select the profile and approve only 5 buyers.
Registration deadline: February 25 (registrations could be closed earlier, once the fixed number has been reached)

The buyers selected will be offered:

  • Stay for 4 nights (single room) in a hotel identified directly by Veronafiere
  • Lunches at the fair venue
  • Daily transfer during the event (hotel – fair – hotel)
  • Free admission to the event together with a copy of the Official Catalog
  • Flight refund for a maximum amount of 800 Euros
    (Dinners at the hotel are not included)

 

Application will start from the beginning of 2021

General conditions:

  • The project requires the participation during various moments, for example WORKSHOP, TASTE & BUY and TASTINGS (maximum time required 1 day and a half)
  • Buyers will be asked to schedule at least 15 B2B meetings through the appropriate platform that will be made available
  • Buyers must purchase the air ticket independently and Veronafiere will reimburse on site up to a maximum of € 800, previous the presentations of an invoice, travel document and confirmation of purchase.
  • Priority will be given to those who have never attended the fair
  • In the registration form, in the section “I was contacted by” please insert “ITALIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN JAPAN”Hotel stay: it will be possible to make cancellations (total or partial) or changes to reservations without incurring into penalties only by respecting the “cancellation policy” which will be communicated from time to time through the hotel registration form. The difference in the use of the double room will be charged to the guest who requests it.
