
The workplace has become more globalized and the workforce is more diverse than ever. Many experience conflicts in professional settings due to gaps in expectations, assumptions, communication, and experience.
The workshop, organized by the ICCJ in collaboration with three top-notch facilitators, includes simple activities and tools that highlight challenges and opportunities facing leaders of diverse teams. Participants will be able to use these tools to promote a more productive work environment and to improve team relationships.
