‘Sustainability’ is now a worldwide hot topic, and within the Italian cuisine scene, sustainability in the kitchen has become of central importance.

After two years in digital/hybrid format, Authentic Italian Table returns fully in physical presence at Shibuya Stream, Tokyo’s central hub.

Thanks to the collaboration with MOI and AQI restaurants, chefs, and Japanese F&B importers, many authentic 100% Made in Italy products and PDO-IGP products will be presented to journalists, importers/distributors, nutritionists, HoReCa representatives, as well as end consumers.

Lots of content on stage as well: presentations of products, territories, cooking shows, and thematic talk shows.
