The DOC delle Venezie – the largest in Italy, bringing together the operators of the Pinot Grigio DOC production chain from Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino – in collaboration with ICCJ will present a full calendar of events, including tie ups with A.Q.I restaurants, SNS and Youtube contents to promote the denomination among buyers, professionals and wine lovers in Japan.
Anticipation about upcoming events:
- November 2nd: Venetian aperitivo “cicchetti” at a selected A.Q.I. restaurant (the event is reserved to Japanese media, importers, sommelier and distributors)
- November: “Marriage with Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie”
a collection of recipes prepared by chefs from A.Q.I. certified restaurants network. Recipes will be posted on A.Q.I Facebook page! Italian lovers can try cooking them at home and pairing with Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie. - Educational videos by a famous Youtuber sommelier (perfect also for beginners!)
