

ICCJ is glad to introduce the book: “ELIO:20th Anniversary” with an event dedicated to the traditional Calabrian cuisine in Japan and its most famous representative Elio Orsara with a great tasting experience at the end. During the seminar Elio will describe his life, the obstacles encountered during the years, some funny events that lead him to his actual success and future projects. A pleasant evening in which he will reveal some of his production techniques about the “Fattoria Bio in Hokkaido” and “Antica Salumeria” products. Cheese and salami made using the best Japanese ingredients and the traditional techniques from Calabria. The presentation will end with a great buffet of the homemade products offered by “Fattoria Bio in Hokkaido” and “Antica Salumeria”.
