Asami qualified as Italian Wine Ambassador of Vinitaly International Academy in 2019, and at the same time became the only Japanese Italian Wine Educator. She obtained WSET Diploma (DipWSET) in 2023, now teaching wines of the world courses for beginners up to expert level, WSET courses, Italian Wine Maestro Course, and classes specialised in Italian wines. In 2023, she established aiVino CO., LTD., specialises in Italian wines. The company will start importing Italian wines this year.

Irving is a Valpolicella Wine Specialist of the Consorzio Tutela Vini della Valpolicella. He is a WSET Certified Educator at the Académie du Vin Tokyo. He holds the prestigious title of Italian Wine Expert (VIA), shared by only 16 people in the world (as of January 2024). He is also an Italian Wine Educator (VIA), a Langhe Wines’ Ambassador (Barolo & Barbaresco Academy), an Italian Wine Scholar (Highest Honor, Wine Scholar Guild), as well as a WSET Diploma holder (DipWSET). He has conducted masterclasses for various Consorzios including Valpolicella and Lugana, as well as producer associations from Veneto.
