

This debate is an immersive experience in the Italian and Japanese food world, with Yamamoto and Massobrio sharing their thoughts about the features of each other cuisines.
The event will feature:
1) Introducing Yamamoto and Massobrio: their experiences and background. Presentation of the Italian and Japanese cuisine features by the two critics.
2) Ingredients sharing: the two critics will choose three ingredients from their own country and share comments with the audience.
3) Cooking session: a cooking show that will incorporate Japanese and Italian ingredients in each other traditional recipes. The two critics will taste the new creations and review them.
