Let’s learn the basics of sensorial analysis with Tetsuo Ogata, a certified EVOO sommelier who will explain our guests how to distinguish between good and bad oil. The EVOO used in the seminar will be selected from those that have been awarded at JOOP 2019.
Each participant will receive 1 bottle of olive oil at the end of the seminar!
