A vast majority of companies are convinced making the “sales incentive” a large proportion of total compensation package is a key motivating factor, yet few report being happy with the results. Indeed, independently conducted research has consistently shown since 1949 that intrinsic motivation is key to good performance but is not, as the name indicates, driven by external factors such as material rewards.

Using the results of some his recent projects as examples, Carlo will describe what are the factors you should be looking at when wanting to retain and motivate your sales teams, and how to lead your teams through the necessary changes to obtain the results you need.
