Debora Massari, heir of Iginio Massari – winner of Best Pâtissier in the world at World Pastry Stars 2019 – will show us how to make the perfect Tiramisu cake in the comfort of your home. An entrepreneur, food technologist and pâtissier, Debora Massari is the mind behind the development of the brand Iginio Massari Alta Pasticceria, having opened up flagship shops in Milan, Turin and Verona.
After a rigorous apprenticeship of 15 years in the family business, in 2019 Debora has been awarded the title Maestro AMPI (Italian pâtissier Academy). Her first book, written together with Iginio Massari, will be released this May.
