Acetaia Sereni is a Modenese historian born in the early 1900s, which has always been managed by the Sereni family, now in its fourth generation. The company is located on the hills of Villabianca in Marano sul Panaro, surrounded by rows of vineyards for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and over 900 olive trees for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

All stages of Balsamic Vinegar production are carried out in the company, from manual harvesting, to pressing, cooking, fermentation and aging. There are two aging rooms: one for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and a scenographic one for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO with more than 1500 barrels in precious woods.
Even the processing to obtain the oil is completely carried out in the company, from manual harvesting to the extraction of the extra virgin olive oil with a proprietary mill within a few hours. The product obtained is of great quality and is one of the only ones present in the province of Modena; characteristic for its intense, persistent fruity flavor, with a slight bitter and spicy aftertaste.

At the highest point of the farm there is also the Agriturismo, with restaurant, rooms and swimming pool.
The restaurant offers typical Emilian cuisine, revisited in a modern way, always trying to combine regional excellence with farm products.
There are six rooms, finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, for stays dedicated to food and wine and relaxation.
