Roppongi del Sole restaurant has been formally approved by the Italian Espresso Association for serving authentic Italian espresso. In Japan alone, there are only 4 restaurants with the same recognition.
Of the 4 restaurants are the del Sole restaurants in Roppongi, Ginza.takanawa and Yokohama
Please come and taste the most authentic Italian espresso in Japan!

Great International Chambers' Wine Off 2015

Join ICCJ members and guests from fellow Chambers for an evening of fine wine and networking.

Members of our respective Chambers and their guests are welcome to join us for an evening of networking, friendly conversation, food - full buffet dinner prepared by the Hyatt Hotel’s best chefs - and of course, wine.  A member panel of sommeliers from our host venue, Roppongi Hills will tastes the wines highlighting the attributes of the wines from each country.

This event is organised by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Participating Chambers are:

Participation fee: JPY 7,500 for ICCJ members,
JPY 9,000 for non-members

Antichi Sapori and its chef, Pietro Zito, have been evaluated highly on Michelin and Gambero Rosso guides and in many other books. Our restaurant chefs trained under Pietro and learned the Cuisine from Puglia using seasonal ingredients. Head chef, Daisuke Yamazaki, the 2011 winner of the Italian Chef Competition "Gran Concorso di Cucina" organised by ICCJ, uses Puglia made ingredients/wines in order to reproduce the genuine taste of Puglia. All the decors are directly imported too, so you can enjoy the REAL Puglia.

SPECIAL GUEST: Chef PIETRO ZITO - creator of the original Antichi Sapori, often mentioned and recognized as the best Puglia restaurant.
